Brass, iron, and porcelain pocket watch; open porcelain face inside brass case with oval loop bail suspended from swivel hook on iron chain; stamped mark on back of case and painted mark on face.

According to accession records, this pocket watch was taken from the officers' room of the Spanish vessel Viscaya during the Spanish-American War.
