Leather, brass, and tin belt; white buff leather with rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to clip on left; tin lettering applied to plate center; black leather pouch with loop on back fastended to left belt end, and double flaps with strap on outer flap that fastens to brass stud on bottom.
