Description:
Pair of olive drab polyester trousers; 7 button fly; 6 belt loops around the waistband; right side horizontal slit watch pocket beneath the waistband; vertical slit pockets at the side seams; 2 horizontal slit pockets at the rear that button closed; waist and pockets lined with white cotton, 6 button around the inside of the waistband; waist and pockets lined with white cotton.

This shirt is part of a uniform worn by Paul H. Downing when he served as Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Corps during World War II. He was Commanding Officer of the Rochester (New York) region, Materiel Command.
