silver colonial revival sugar tongs with oval fingerholes applied to rectangular arms with squared shoulders; pivot hinges located where the arms cross in the center and at the ends where they attach to a second set of arms that cross and have a pivot hinge in the center; shell form grips; shoulders engraved, "L" and "C" in script.
