Cast silver souvenir spoon with view of Hygeia Hotel, Old Point Comfort, Virginia, engraved on inside of gilded oval bowl; wavy handle with "VIRGINIA" in relief at center and state seal(?) with slogan "SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS" above.
