Pair of dark blue or black wool shoulder straps with gold metal thread embroidered border around edges.
Gallery Label:
These shoulder straps were worn by John A. Sniffen when he served with the 7th Regiment, 6th Company. According to the accession record, he entered the military in April, 1861.
