This wood ruler is marked with a scale in inches and reads on the front in black "[illegible] Tischler Pleating and [illegible]/ Originator of 'Samti' Pleating and Novelties/ New York", and on the reverse "The Cross is a guarantee for satisfaction and originality" with a circle around the word "Samti".
