Brown sewing course sample book, the covers are cardboard and the book is held together with two brass brads, the second page gives a table of contents, followed by pages with sewing samples applied to the paper with cross stitching.

This sample book was made by Carrie E. Morgenstern for a sewing course. Each page has a piece of fabric with a different example of sewing, such as hemming, straight stitching, various types of seams, etc. Her instructor gave her a "B."
