Silver salt spoon; downturned fiddle-end handle with an outlined scallop at front, flaring shoulders, and horizontal elliptical bowl; engraved "AF" in bright-cut script at the front of the handle; maker's marks stamped along underside of handle.

This salt cellar and salt spoon belonged to Anna Floyd, daughter of General William Floyd of the Revolutionary War and a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Anna Floyd married George Clinton in 1808.
