Description:
White silk ribbon with circular engraved image of Pan, Neptune, and a Native American figure in a canoe containing products from Lake Erie; "ALLIANCE OF NEPTUNE AND PAN" and "UNION OF ERIE WITH THE ATLANTIC" inscribed in frame surrounding image; ribbon is mounted on light brown cardboard and framed, with lengthy inscription handwritten in pencil on back of cardboard.
