One of a group of two identical Repulican County Committee badges consisting of circular plastic and metal pin-back button with photographic portrait of Odell (paper label applied to back of button); suspended woven blue silk ribbon with inscription printed in gold "REPUBLICAN/COUNTY/COMMITTEE/ODELL/AND/HIGGINS" and circular plastic and metal button with Rebuplican emblem of eagle attached at center by two metal staples.
