Rectangular brass plaque with facsimile of the Declaration of Independence in black-painted intaglio lettering, probably produced for the Bicentennial; mounted in black-painted wooden frame with border of thirteen brass stars; small rectangular brass plaque without inscription affixed to lower front of frame; heavy metal bar attached to back for hanging.
