Description: 
Porcelain tea bowl, saucer and plate with wide blue enamelled band borders with gilt grape vines; secondary blue beaded borders; enamelled psuedo arms of New York State at center of plates and twice on tea bowl, figures of Liberty and Justice flanking shield with scrolled border standing on banner with motto surmounted by an eagle.
