Description:
Colorless, lead glass;pressed. Oil lamp; bell-shaped font with vertical ribbing and applied loop handle with crimped end; threaded brass collar and double wick holder with covers on chain.
Gallery Label:
These lamps are known as hand lamps or night lights. According to the accession records, this is a camphene lamp that burned a fluid made from a distillate of camphor.
