Description:
Gold Naval insignia in original box; insignia has a gold anchor with cast chain snaked around it from the ring to the bill, with "USN" in other silver-colored metal across the center; white rectangular box with lid, with maker's information printed on the inside of the lid, box lined with purple velvet.

This Naval insignia pin was probably worn by H. Maxson Holloway, who served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy from 1943-1945.
