Colorless glass medicine bottle blown in a two-part mold; flanged lip, cylindrical neck, rounded shoulder, flattened ovoid body with paper label attached to obverse and "WARD'S RHEUMATIC EMBROCATION NEW YORK" in relief on reverse, flat base with mold seam, and pontil mark; cork stopper.
