Description:
Circular medal suspended from red, white and blue silk ribbon attached to rectangular bar with pin. Obverse of medal has allegorical image with two figures, one pouring water, and date "1918"; reverse inscribed "AQUEDUCT GUARD CITIZENS' COMMITTEE" around New York State shield; bar inscribed "AQUEDUCT GUARD CITIZENS' COMMITTEE".
