Gold plate pentagonal mechanical pen / pencil; sliding ring near the top extends a pen nib, sliding ring near the bottom extends pencil; pen is worked with wavy lines, the bottom is in the form of an 8-petal flower with polished bloodstone; ring finding near the bottom.
