Bronze struck medal with obverse showing undraped bust of Louis XVIII, with legend: "LVDOVICVS.XVIII. FRANC.ET.NAV.REX." Reverse depicts two female figures clad in Grecian dresses, holding standards and flanking an inscribed round shield; legend: "REGNIS.EVROPAE.CONCORDIA.STABILIENDIS"; inscription in exergue: "ACCESSIT.GALLIA./NOVEMB.MDCCCXV."
