Description:
Pillar looking glass with gilded double frame; indented cornice with 13 gilded balls suspended from underside; upper verre églomisé panel with naval battle depicted in rectangular gold frame with sawtooth edge; pillars with molded block capital above shaft with incurving face centering vertical strip of twisted rope molding; molding set between plain block pillar bases at bottom of mirror frame.

The battle between the U.S. frigate "Enterprise" and the British frigate "Boxer" took place off the coast of Maine in September 1813.
