Flat steel key with one straight edge and one serrated edge, coming to a point; circular loop at opposite end with string attached.
Gallery Label:
This key is supposedly from the house of Joshua Brookes (1773-1859). Brookes lived for many years at 403 Greenwich Street in New York City.
