Description:
Light blue wool enisted man's greatcoat; 2 1/4" closed stand-up collar (one hook and eye); 5 buttons down the front, no pockets, closed cuffed sleeves; back made in 2 panel, 2 straps around the waist which fasten at the center to 2 buttons, skirt split at the bottom, fastens with one button; shoulder cape closes at the front fastening with 6 buttons; all butttons cast with shield-breasted eagle; bodice lined with dark green twill-weave fabric, sleeves lined with white cotton fabric.
