Eight comb ventilated black leather fire helmet with tooled scrolling leaf border on brim; black leather frontpiece with firefighting tools painted at center and "NY / EXEMPT / ASSOCIATION / DB" in gold painted leather lettering; gilded brass eagle frontpiece holder; textile half-lining.
