Description:
Porcelain cup and saucer with broad border of salmon-colored enamel with outlining and accents in gilding; enamel borders are crossed by curving diaper-patterned bands of gilding.
Gallery Label:
This cup and saucer belonged to Janet Livingston (1743-1828), wife of General Richard Montgomery (1738-1775).
