Description:
Bronze and leaded glass "Crown" table lampshade consists of a jewel-studded crown shade; top of shade formed of rows of golden glass rectangles with round yellow turtleback embedded at top center; upper and lower edges of crown have rows of white pearls; central area contains red, blue, and yellow stones in diversified geometric patterns. Shown with cast bronze tripod base (N84.35.2) with three winged sphinx supports resting on stylized animal legs; hooves rest on triangular platform; scrollwork connects three sphinxes to central ring.
