Description: 
Silver communion spoon made of two English coins from the reign of George II and James II, between a twisted stem; bowl coin with a wreathed bust of George surrounded by the inscription, "GEORGIUS * II * DEI * GRATIA * LIMA" on the front and an Avellan cross surounded by the four crests of Great Britian, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England, each surmounted by a crown and surounded by the inscription, "FTLD * SRI * ATETE J7 45 * MBFET * HREXFD" in roman letters; handle coin with a wreathed bust of James II surrounded by the inscription, "JACOBUS II * DEI * GRATIA" on the front and crowned "II" surrounded by the inscription, "80 MAG *BR * FRA * ET * HIB * REX * 16" in roman letters.
