Philadelphia Centennial Exposition, Independence Hall and Lady Liberty.

A number of canes were created to celebrate the 1876 Centennial. The handle of this cane is a silver souvenir from 1876 Centennial Exhibition in Philadelphia. It depicts Lady Liberty on one side and a Revolutionary soldier on the other, with Independence Hall shown on both sides. The images on the cane mirrored the official poster of the Exhibition.
