Description:
Seamed and spun silver child's cup; cylindrical body with a molded reeded band above the base; applied beaded bands around the base and rim; squared double-scroll handle, cast in two vertical halves; engraved on center front, "Eugene Livingston" in script; maker's marks on the base.
