Description: 
Three felt patches with varying numbers of chevrons at top; one patch is light-brown with three olive chevrons and a curved stripe at bottom; other is brown with two brown chevrons; and the last is olive with three olive chevrons; all have a castle in center.
Gallery Label: 
These chevrons were worn by members of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the upper sleeves of their jackets. Two chevrons indicate a corporal, and three denote a sergeant. The curved stripe on the other patch probably indicates a staff sergeant.
