Description:
Blue and cream ribbons, each embroidered "U.S.S. LEVY" in gold floss outlined in red and blue chain stitch respectively; tied into bow at top with orange-red ribbon; found with two black plumes of feathers, possibly ostrich; one plume consists of six feathers stitched together with brown thread along the shaft and has black knitted sheath at the quill.
