Wrought silver bowl; circular, bowl on a plain circular footring; plain applied rim; repoussé chased foliate band below the rim, and a plain band with triangles and flower motifs below the foliate band; engraved on the front, "H. MacM. R." in script; engraved on the base, "Harriet MacMartin Richards/ FROM/ A. W. McLAREN/ SEPT. 30, 1884" in gothic and ribbon script; maker's marks on the base.
