Description:
Brass and iron belt plate; curved, rectangular brass plate with hook and bar with two iron tongues on back, and eagle stamped in center with shield on breast, grasping branches and arrows in talons, flanked by cannons at bottom, and with war trophies, rayed background, thirteen stars, and inscription in scroll at top.
