Description:
Bronze medal suspended from bar with pin back; circular medal depicting a stone doorway with arched pediment leading to a small structure and palm tree, "PHILLPPINE CAMPAIGN" inscribed across top and "1899-1903" along the bottom; eagle with chain and anchor and wreath on reverse, inscribed "UNITED STATES NAVY and "FOR SERVICE"; striped red and yellow silk ribbon connects bar and medal.
