Bronze struck medal with obverse showing Washington's head facing right, surrounded by thirteen stars, with inscription below: "PHILADELPHIA/1926"; legend around border: "SESQUICENTENNIAL INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION"; Liberty Bell at lower center. Reverse shows allegorical female figure of Liberty holding torch and laurel branch, riding Pegasus upon cloud.
