Gilt bronze struck medal with obverse showing draped male allegorical figure of Liberty standing upon rocks with one arm stretched toward the sky. Reverse bears incription to the left of geographical map of the American continent: "PAN.AMERICAN/EXPOSITION/BVFFALO.NY.V.S.A./MAY 1.NOV.1./MDCDI."; with intertwined letters "P," "A," and "E" below.
